Lindsay Leaves Rehab After Just 23 days

Lindsay Lohan left her court appointed inpatient rehab at UCLA after 23 days after doctors told the judge that Lindsay should leave immediately.  She will receive outpatient care from the facility, which is said to be very strict and exactly like the inpatient program- except she can sleep in her own home.  A court hearing is scheduled for this morning.

If you recall, Lindsay only spent 13 of 90 days in jail due to overcrowding and has now only spent 23 of her 90 days in an inpatient rehab program.  This chick is never going to get better when there are all these corners being cut.  I did read a few weeks ago that her mother, Dina, is planning to bring her back here on Long Island, so we'll see how that goes.  Even if she is doing as well as doctors are claiming, she hasn't even been in rehab a month.  I would assume that the hearing this morning will outline the conditions of the outpatient program, however, Lindsay will not be attending the hearing.

This chick knows no consequences, and that's a huge part of the problem.  If it were you or I in this situation, we would have been thrown into jail and rehab long ago for the full term and then some.

To add on to her problems, TMZ is reporting the rehab cost Lindsay $40Gs for a week... which is not covered by her health insurance.  Therefore, after 23 days, her total bill comes to $130,400.  That's a huge debt to someone who's not making anything right now...

...And maybe that plays a roll in her early release??  Just sayin'....
