Tiger and Elin's Divorce is Final!

...and finally the day has come!

The divorce between Tiger Woods and his (now ex) wife Elin has been finalized in a Florida court yesterday and the marriage was deemed "irretrievably broken".  While the details have not been disclosed, TMZ is reporting that Elin will receive $100 million from Tiger and has been granted the restoration of her maiden name: Elin Maria Pernilla Nordegren.

People.com is reporting that Elin can receive up to five times the figure of $100 million after child support, alimony, and divison of assets.  The details of the Marital Settlement Agreement they signed back in July has remained confidential.  TMZ reported that Tiger and Elin did not utter one word in court to each other.  Yea, I would have nothing to say to him either.  Can you blame the girl?!?

Finally...  it's over.  I would say that this has to be a huge relief for Elin, but I'm sure she never wanted any of this.  Who wants their husbands to cheat on them with 15+ women?!?  The divorce doesn't erase the public humiliation she went through at the height of the scandal.  All the divorce does is give her money and makes her a single mom of two kids.  I think she should just start over in Sweden with her kids.  Her family is there.  She was renovating her house there, which should be done by now.  She's beautiful and I'm sure in time she'll meet a nice guy.
