Sorry Snooki, no trademark for you!
Having a trademark is a pain in the butt anyway... I should know!
If you recall, Snooki filed a few months ago to trademark her nickname, but it seems she went about it all wrong because she was denied. Snooki tried to file under using it for "print matter", but there is a children's book about a cat called "Adventures of Snooky: Under the Sea" and the USPTO says there will be a "likelyhood of confusion".
However, Snooki can refile under the use of "entertainment in the nature of personal appearances by a television personality", and it will most likely be approved under that class.
I wouldn't be surprised that given this advice, the whole cast will try to trademark their nicknames. Lame. It's so not a necessary expense, especially when the clock is ticking on their shelf life (maybe except Paulie D, because he has the DJ business). Save the money guys- you'll need it when the MTV gravy train dries up.

For the most part, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have been very good at keeping their relationship under wraps... but, they just got caught when he came to visit her on the set of her new movie.
