Slap Minka's butt and get fired!

A crew member on the set of the new "Charlie's Angels" was fired for slapping Minka Kelly's butt.  She naturally scolded him on disrespecting her and women, but ABC has a no-tolerance policy on sexual harassment and the guy was fired.

Here's the kicker- this isn't the first time he has done such a thing.

This now-fired crew member is married and moved his family out to L.A. for the show.  Oh, to be a fly on the wall when he got home from work that night!  How do you tell your wife that you got fired for smacking an actress' ass?!?  Do you tell her as soon as you get home??  Do you tell her during dinner??

"Honey, can you please pass the carrots?  Oh, and I got fired today for slapping Minka's ass.  Can you pass the salt, too??"
